Do you have a guarantee?
Yes, we want all of our clients to achieve a guaranteed ROI. We’ll both agree on the results and if we don’t meet them, then we’ll continue to work for free until we do.
How are you sending emails?
We set up Google and Microsoft mailboxes on separate alias domains so your primary domain reputation remains protected. New mailboxes are “warmed-up” for 3-weeks which means we send emails to other mailboxes with established sender reputations. Each mailbox sends a maximum of about 18 emails per day with the timing randomly altered to mimic natural sending patterns.
When should I expect to see results?
We launch campaigns in 3 weeks after mailboxes are warmed and after you approve the copywriting. You’ll start to see results after the first month and we’ll continuously work diligently with you to A/B test and optimize results.
How do your packages work?
We recommend working with us for at least 3-months to measure results. During the first 3-weeks, we’ll work vigorously to set up your email infrastructure and create a custom outbound strategy that meets your goals. Our first package, “Starter”, is for solopreneurs and businesses looking for a few clients each month. It includes outbound email only. Our next package, “Growth”, has more sending volume and we’ll call prospects who respond to email. Our “Scale” package includes a full-time caller we will recruit, train, and manage for you.

We recruit, train, and manage sales reps who are responsible for contacting businesses and booking meeting for you. Our founders have trained over 20 SDRs and know what it takes to build a high performing sales team. You receive the expertise of a fractional sales manager, without the overhead and risk.
How do you find contacts?
We start by understanding your business and learning who your best-fit customers are. From there, we’ll work with you to create a clear set of guidelines of which businesses to contact. We use multiple data providers to build a list of decision makers finding their email address, phone number, LinkedIn, and other available information. Depending on the campaign, we can also set up “signals” to automatically contact people based on nearly any online trigger such as a new job posting, an increase in employee headcount, a certain Google review, or interactions with a certain LinkedIn page that signal interest in your product or service.
